“Leader”, 并不是在系统里有人report给你才是leader，也不是在系统里有人report给你，你就自动是leader了。从一个公司的角度来说，“Leader”是，为了特定的商业目标，有人愿意follow你，那么这个人就可以称为leader了。所谓“technical leader”，是指在技术上有专长，有人愿意follow你，去达成商业目标的人。
