SAP CP is an open platform as a service (PaaS) which provides customers and partners with in-memory capabilities, core platform services, and unique business services for building and extending personalized, collaborative, mobile-enabled cloud applications. SAP CP and Cloud Foundry offer the freedom to choose the underlying cloud infrastructure provider. The services run on data centers hosted by SAP as well as on partner IaaS providers: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
结论：SAP Cloud Platform是PaaS，底层的IaaS既可以放在SAP自己的数据中心上，也可以放在GCP，AWS，Azure上。
SAP CP is available both for external parties (SAP customers and partners) as well as for any internal stakeholders, who would like to develop and/or run productively their own solutions on top of the platform. An example of such internal solution would be SAP Leonardo.
