【笔记】vscode中yarn命令不能使用

1. 进入C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0目录，找到powershell.exe文件。

2. 右键该文件，以管理员权限执行。

执行set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned命令，并输入y选项
