让 jar 在 windows 服务上运行

1. 需要借助一款软件 nssm 这是它的 官网
2. 下载对应操作系统的版本，然后用命令行启动软件

nssm.exe install hellojava2

3. 如图所示

4. 然后点击 install service 即可
