1、上传出现 time out 端口链接失败

Failed to connect to github.com port 443: Timed out(Windows)

1、git config --global http.proxy 127.0.0.1:输入 代理 里的端口

2、windows搜索代理 

3、再次 执行  git clone ssh / https
