下拉到尾部，选择版本下载
不要放在C盘，此文件需要3G大小的盘
进入等待阶段
Next Next
安装成功之后，打开 等待一会儿
ok
环境 默认只有一个base
新建环境工作
- py选择3.6版本以上
等待配置成功
安装mlagents
切换环境(base) C:\Users\Administrator>activate unity_py_38_work
9点56分时安装mlagents(unity_py_38_work) C:\Users\Administrator>pip install mlagents
等待下载，此时下载速度很慢，太慢了等不及了。。。 Ctrl+C退出此次安装
- 使用国内镜像 pypi 镜像使用帮助
pypi 镜像每 5 分钟同步一次。 pip install mlagents -i pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple some-package
提示有错误哎！
pip可能不支持断点续传。后来我按照cmd命令行里提示的下载地址，自己用浏览器下载，然后本地安装whl文件，成功。
判断原因，应该使用版本太高，暂不支持
怎么解决呀？
错误:2020年10月以后，您在安装或更新软件包时可能会遇到错误。这是因为pip将改变它解决依赖冲突的方式。 我们建议您使用——use-feature=2020-resolver在新的解析器成为默认值之前用它来测试包。 tensorflow 2.3.0要求numpy<1.19.0，>=1.16.0，但是你会得到numpy 1.19.2，这是不兼容的。 mlagents-envs 0.19.0要求numpy<1.19.0，>=1.14.1，但是您会得到不兼容的numpy 1.19.2。
