Terms Of Service

Accessing or using this service means that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms of use agreement ("Agreement") and the collection and use of the information described in the "Find Series". Privacy policy, regardless of whether you are a registered user of our service.

 (I) Copy, distribute or disclose any part of this service in any media, including but not limited to any automatic or non-automatic "erasing"; 

 (Ii) Use any automated system, including but not limited to "robots", "spiders", "offline readers", etc., to access the service by sending more request messages to the company's servers than humans can reasonably produce. Use traditional online web browsers in the same time period; 

 (Iii) Send spam, harassing messages or other unsolicited emails; 

 (Iv) Attempt to interfere with, compromise the integrity or security of the system, or decipher any transmission with the server running the service; 

 (V) Take any action or impose an unreasonable or disproportionate large load on our infrastructure at our own discretion; 

 (Vi) Upload invalid data, viruses, worms or other software agents through this service; 

 (Vii) Collect or collect any personally identifiable information from the service, including account names; 

 (Viii) Use the service for any commercial solicitation purposes; 

 (Ix) Pretending to be another person or otherwise misrepresenting your relationship with a person or entity, committing fraud, concealing or attempting to conceal your identity; 

 (X) Interference with the normal operation of the service; 

 (Xi) Access any content of this service through any technology or method other than that provided or authorized by this service; or 

 (Xii) Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the service, including but not limited to the function of preventing or restricting the use or copying of any content, or imposing restrictions on the use of the service or its content. 

C. Permission to use the service 

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and freely revokable license to use the service only for your personal non-commercial use and the service features allow. The company reserves all rights not expressly granted in the service and company content (see below for definitions). The company may terminate this license at any time for any reason or without reason. 

2. Service availability and termination rights 

We can change the service without prior notice; stop providing services or service functions to you or general users; or create usage restrictions for the service. 

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service for any reason, without notice and assume any responsibility, including if we decide on our own that you violate any of the terms of this agreement, or without reason. 

After termination for any reason or without reason, you continue to be bound by this agreement. You are responsible for all mobile data usage generated by using the service. Please consult your mobile operator regarding your plans, data rates and limits. You are fully responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right to monitor disputes between you and other users, but we have no obligation. The company does not assume any responsibility for your interaction with other users, or any user's actions or omissions. 

3. User Content 

Certain areas of this service allow users to post content, such as profile information, comments, questions, and other content or information (users submit, post, display, create or affirm that any such content provided on the service is selected as "user" content "). User content does not contain information about your mobile phone or device. We declare that we have no ownership of the user content you create. You agree not to publish or transmit user content for the following content:

(Vi) Contains any illegal information or content (including but not limited to disclosure of inside information under the securities laws or the trade secrets of another party); 

(Vii) Contains any information or content that you have no right to provide under any law or contract or trust relationship; 

(Viii) Contain any information or content that you know is incorrect and up to date; 

(Ix) Violation of any school or other applicable policies, including policies related to cheating or ethics; 

(X) Interfering with other users of this service, including but not limited to disrupting the normal conversation flow in the interactive area of ​​this service, and deleting or modifying any content posted by other persons or entities; 

(Xi) Unless expressly permitted, mail or transmit charity applications, sign petitions, franchise arrangements, distribution rights arrangements, sales representative agency arrangements or other business opportunities (including employment or contract arrangements), club membership, chain letters or related letters Plans, any advertisements or promotional materials or any other requests from other users to use goods or services, except in those areas designated for this purpose (for example, classified bulletin boards).
