一.什么是脚手架
安装3.x的脚手架：
npm install -g @vue/cli
查看版本
vue -V
安装报错
npm ERR! Unexpected end of JSON input while parsing near '...32},"2.7.0-dev.201801'
npm ERR! A complete log of this run can be found in:

试过了网上的解决办法是：直接运行 npm cache clear --force 还是不行
安装不成功 就去 c 盘把cli 删掉
重新安装脚手架
下载下来变成了 4.x
vue create my-proct
警告：名称不能再包含大写字母
