星期和月份
让我们先从一星期中的日子和一年中的月份开始学起。
在学习星期之前，要记得首字母大写，而且在日历中，每个星期从星期天开始的。
一星期中日子的名称：

一年中的月份首字母也要大写：
JanuaryFebruaryMarchAprillMayJuneJulyAugustSeptemberOctoberNovemberDecember
序数词
现在让我们来看序数词。
序数词：

从这里开始，我们只是基数上加"th"。

Examples:

有趣的是：
在英国（England）来说，第一层楼叫做"ground floor"，而在美国（United States）却叫"first floor"（一楼）。
日期
现在，我们来看日期。
表示日期，我们用序数词和介词"on"。
Examples:
My birthday is on the sixth of August.（我的生日是八月六日）The first day of school is on the fifteenth of September.（九月十五日是开学第一天）Saint George's day is on the twenty-third of Aprill.（圣乔治日是四月23日）
美国人先读月份读日子：
Aprill 26: Aprill twenty-sixth
在读2000年之前的年份时，我们要将其分成两部分。
年份：
1996 nineteen ninety-six
表示年份的时候总是使用介词"in"。
