基于maven的springmvc架构搭建

第一步

创建一个maven项目，如下：

修改项目信息：
创建完的框架如下：

第二步

在main目录下新建目录：java和resource

第三步

新建如目录结构的文件： dispatcher-servlet.xml applicationContext.xml
