Job Description:

1、Frontend Engineer: 

  • Responsible for architecture design and implementation of the front-end technology solutions; 
  • Write high quality code, according to the department requirements, design the front page code; 
  • Maintain website front page load performance and the execution performance and optimize the specification of front-end code; 
  • Solve the compatibility problems between different browsers and different versions;
  • Develop business system within key sectors for accounting and payroll outsourcing services Be an ambassador for our team’s shift to become a paperless office;
  • Be an active member of our innovation team;
  • College degree or above, major in computer or IT engineer. At least two years experiences using in programming; 
  • Familiar with programming language VUE、AngularJS、JavaScript and other major web programming technology;
  • Good design knowledge, proficient in the page layout, style, adjustment and data visualization;
  • Fluent in written and oral English; 
  • Eager to build on existing skills and develop management and leadership skills for a successful career; 
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to implement solutions to problems; 
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadline; 

2、Backend Engineer

  • Skill Preferred:
  • Node.JS and ES6 (or above);
  • Relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle;
  • NoSQL database such as MongoDB;
  • RESTful API or GraphQL;
  • JavaScript test framework such as AVA or Mocha and familiar with Microservices and container technologies;
  • Software applications building including appropriate coding standards, unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts;
  • Defining software architectures, collaborates with other team members and managers to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, and the applications capabilities;
  • Translates designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance; 
  • Communicates continually with the client and project teams and present progress of the development effort;
  • A Node JS Developer Will:
  • Develop applications in back-end technologies, and deliver functional and quality applications on time;
  • Assist PM to delivery projects within planned budget and required quality level and prepare staffing plan & allotment of resources;
  • Maintain, improve and optimize applications and provide consulting and guidance on back-end issues;
  • Owns success and take responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions, and contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies;
  • +2 years of experiences with software development life cycle environment using JAVA or .NET, with at least 1 year working experience in Javascript development;
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineer or related area (Equivalent work experience will be considered;

3、DevOps Engineer 

  • Responsible for multitasking and dealing with multiple urgent situations at a time;
  • DevOps Engineers must be extremely flexible;
  • Learning about and gathering new technologies and related tools to introduce to the company in order to grow the agile development environment;
  • Providing direct server support during various operations such as deployment and general production;
  • Collaborating with developers to make sure new environments meet requirements and conform to best practices;
  • Creating custom codes such as JavaScript, Java, and Python code that are secure in order to defend against cyber security issues;
  • Designing, implementing and testing agreed-upon cloud infrastructures;
  • Automating deployment of Linux applications, system configurations and security settings;
  • Prioritizing requests from operations, development and product teams fairly while demonstrating a sense of empathy;
  • Wide knowledge in operating system administration, programing languages, cloud platform deployment and networking protocols;
  • Hands on experience in networking security, databases and cloud systems such as firewall ACL, PostgreSQL, plus if have GCP or AliCloud certification;

4、Onboarding Support 

  • Work directly with the business users to guide platform using and develop innovative solutions.

  • Relevant work experience in Platform and related operation/consulting/support/development job.
  • Provide Onboarding support along with business users’ requirements.
  • Design and execute onboarding process.
  • Document solutions to known issues and consulting questions to be posted to both internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with other employees, sharing knowledge and process‐improvement suggestions.
  • JavaScript and good knowledge of Saas are preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate with business users and IT Teams in Asia, US and Europe.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication in both Chinese & English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to participate in, and contribute to a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter.

 5、L2/L3 Customer Support 

  • Support delivery, working with customers to resolve, complex technical customer issues on the Platform;
  • Support workflow adjustments for platform Identity components;
  • Triage the tickets and act as a liaison between our business users and Engineering teams;
  • Provide timely and ongoing regular updates and solutions to customers according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA);
  • Liaise with development and field teams to identify application errors and missing product functionalities for future releases;
  • Identifying required tools, cloud access, processes or capabilities for support to assess issues;
  • Need to closely collaborate with engineering, operations and other engineers;
  • Deliver remote proactive service and provide solutions of mission critical issues;
  • Drive the communication with the customer to deliver desired solutions in response to customers’ concerns;
  • Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively;
  • Use appropriate documentation and utilization and / or labor tracking methods to account for time;
  • Manage and prioritize your workload while keeping team members and management appropriately informed;
  • 3-year work experience in IT field. Good knowledge of Saas is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • Proficiency in English is a must (Oral and written) and ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
  • A minimum of 3-year IT experience and demonstrate aptitude for providing superior customer service in politically charged environment;
  • Sufficient technical skills on data center operation, server, network, virtualization
  • platform support;
  • Ability to apply IT service knowledge to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities;
  • General knowledge of the information technology industry, IT tools, standards;
  • operations and advanced knowledge with infrastructure services;
  • Strong team player to learn and adapt quickly;
  • Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers;
