Runloop定义
Runloop说白了就是一个do..while循环,它的作用是提供一个程序入口,让程序进入一个do..while循环里面,防止程序退出,它又不仅是一个运行循环,还是一个对象,可以提供很多功能。RunLoop工作模式为消息机制处理模式
在源码中,runloop是一个结构体,而结构体中有一个重要的成员CFRunloopModelRef

可见,一个RunLoop对象,主要包含了一个线程,若干个Mode,若干个commonMode,还有一个当前运行的Mode。
我们再看看CFRunloopModelRef的数据结构:

看到CFRunloopModelRef的结构体的成员中有,source0,source1,observers,timer,port等成员。CFRunLoopModeRef与CFRunloop的大致关系:


- kCFRunLoopDefaultMode:App的默认Mode,通常主线程是在这个Mode下运行
- UITrackingRunLoopMode:界面跟踪 Mode,用于 ScrollView 追踪触摸滑动,保证界面滑动时不受其他 Mode 影响
- UIInitializationRunLoopMode: 在刚启动 App 时第进入的第一个Mode,启动完成后就不再使用,会切换到kCFRunLoopDefaultMode
- GSEventReceiveRunLoopMode: 接受系统事件的内部 Mode,通常用不到
- kCFRunLoopCommonModes: 这是一个占位用的Mode,作为标记kCFRunLoopDefaultMode和UITrackingRunLoopMode用,并不是一种真正的Mode
RunLoop的作用
- 保持程序的持续运行
- 处理应用程序的各种事件(触摸,定时器,performSelector)
- 节省cpu资源,提供程序的性能:该做事就做事,该休息就休息

RunLoop与线程的关系
- 线程与RunLoop是一一对应的关系,底层是用一个可变字典关联起来,key是线程的指针,value是RunLoop
- 子线程RunLoop默认不开启,用到时需手动打开
- RunLoop是通过线程开启的,当线程关闭时RunLoop自动销毁
