IDEA中配置spring当web.xml中出现报错，把鼠标放上去出现：
URI is not registered (Settings | Languages & Frameworks | Schemas and DTDs)
解决方案如下：
在 File -> settings -> languages & frameworks -> Schemas and DTDs 右边的下半部分[Ignore Schemas and DTDs] 点击 + 添加提示报错的xmlns (即http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee) 即可
