svn hook钩子配置的时候出的问题，路径我已经试过了，没问题，在服务器上手动执行就能更新，但是在本地提交的时候就报这个错误，web根目录的.svn 文件夹也存在，都是新检出的，有没有大神遇到过这个问题，我在网上找了很久也没找到答案
