今天Tomcat部署完项目，然后访问url，结果报404错误花了好几天时间，原来是我的url访问后面没有带项目名称， 也就是http://localhost:8080/${project_name}/getUserAll 而我的是http://localhost:8080/getUserAll，所以报错，以下报错信息

for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists
