无锡市至诚微电子新推出ZCC10012 是一款非同步降压转换器，具备 6V 至 100V 的宽输入电压范围，专门针对需要超低待机功耗的应用进行了优化。该转换器可实现高效率，凭借集成低导通电阻的高侧功率 MOSFET，能够支持高达 1.2A 的连续负载电流。ZCC10012 集成了一个电源正常（PG）引脚，用于指示输出电压是否处于目标范围内；而 ZCC10012 的该引脚被替换为外部（EXT）引脚。通过将 EXT 引脚连接到输出电压（VOUT），ZCC10012 可实现更低的待机损耗和更高的轻载效率。
