发布GitHub pages会有不同的几种状态，可以参考
409:表示已经发布过了

}errored：表示发布失败
通常是发布过后的pages静态文件更新后，会自动重新发布，比如总的更新文件是3个，但是更新了1个之后就会出触发自动更新，但是第二个紧跟着就更新了，就会再次触发更新，这个时候第一个更新状态就会变成errored
