Node scripts 自动&规范化commit提交

背景

公司里commit提交信息是有强制规范的，但是每次自己敲命令，输入commit, 再加上拼接需求号之类的，很麻烦，然后自己不喜欢用sourceTree，习惯了使用终端，所以，就有了偷懒的需求了

实现目标

自己只输入，代码改了啥，自动生成规范化信息，然后去自动提交
