2. 从fastly.net.ipaddress.com/github.glob…
3. assets-cdn.github.com.ipaddress.com/找到
4. 在C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts文件中添加

199.232.69.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net
