①three years ago we chose to buy lawn sprinkle valves from you for our new headquarters because we konw of you as a neighborhood business that lives up to the reputation of its company slogan "quality is our main priority".
②as you may recall,your sales representative spoke to me at length about our needs.I told him that we were more interested in durability than in saving a few dollars.
③over the past 3 months the sleeve connecting the top of the valve to the main water pipe has burst or cracked.
④our maintenance crew was out handling a problem.
we are aware that our warranty expired a year ago.
we think you should be willing to stand behind your work and provide the labor to install brass valves.
